SHIPPING

After your order is placed and your payment is authorized and verified, it will take between one and two days to process before it is shipped to you. As soon as your order ships you will receive an email confirmation to the email address you entered on your order.

(Note: We are closed on weekends & these guidelines do not permit to the Holiday Season)

 

UNITED STATES

There is a $5 flat rate shipping fee to any location in the US, which is sent through USPS First Class Mail. 

STANDARD:       $5 — delivered within 1-3 business days

NEXT DAY:         $20—delivered next business day if you order before 1pm Mon-Fri

FREE!                  $0 — if you spend $50 or more delivered within 1-3 business days

 

INTERNATIONAL

There is a flat rate of $15 for all international orders. We are not responsible for any customs or duty fees that your country imposes.

STANDARD:       $15 — delivered within 7-21 business days

FREE!                  $0 — if you spend $100 or more (delivered within 7-21 business days)

* Our estimated arrival time for international delivery may vary depending on customs policies for your country

 

MY ORDER HAS DEFINITELY BEEN LOST IN THE POST. CAN YOU SEND ME ANOTHER?

Unfortunately we do not take responsibility for any orders that are lost in the post. All US orders are sent USPS First-Class Mail and each package is tracked using a unique tracking code - we have never had one go missing. If you really think your order has been lost, email us at madcultclothing@gmail.com and we'll help you get in touch with USPS.

International orders are sent using USPS First-Class Mail International and are not able to be tracked. Again, for this reason we take no responsibility for lost parcels. If you really want to get an international order tracked, contact us and we’ll sort it out for you.

 

I WAS CHARGED A CUSTOMS FEE UPON ARRIVAL OF MY PACKAGE. WHY DON'T YOU PAY FOR THAT?

Mad Cult ships worldwide! We don't discriminate on who can order, no matter how close or how far you may be. Because each individual country has its own distinct customs and regulations regarding foreign shipments, we are not able to foreshadow those exact fees that you will/will not receive. We're sorry if you're bombarded with unexpected costs - we're running a small ship over here! 

 

RETURNS

I WANT TO RETURN MY PURCHASE! WHAT DO I DO?

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase you can return your item(s) for a refund with notification within 5 days of when the item(s) were received. The physical item must be shipped out to us within 15 days of the initial purchase. Returned item(s) must be unworn, unwashed and in the physical state in which you received them including all original tags intact, bags, and free of defects . Any original shipping charges are non-refundable.

ALL returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee. All refunds will not include original shipping cost.
